Interested in a few hundred if anyone makes them here. I see them on ebay for $7.00 / 100, but, I figured I would shop closer to home first. Let me know. Pay Pal is ready to go if the deal is right.

    I make .8mm, and .30 cal

as I shoot alot of them. I buy my .44 as I don't shoot as much of them. That said, I have the old type dies and would never think of selling the checks I make as they are labor intensive. The newer dies make the process much easier but I'm too old to recoup my investment in them.

BTW, I make aluminum checks. I have seen no difference between them and the copper ones sold by Hornady.

There are different levels of quality on ebay. The guy that makes my .44's is the best I have found. I forget his name but his add says that the crimp on just like factory. He is the only one making that claim and they do crimp on. Not as tight as Hornady but better than no crimp at all.

I use the .30 checks on my cast bullets in Aluminum. Been buying from a really nice gent on ebay called Sage's Outdoors. Bought many from him and the Aluminum is excellent. Never had a single issue with any of his checks.

I also use the the Aluminum checks for my .44 mag casts and reloads. I get those from a gent on the Cast Boolits forum for $5.00 for 250. He sells them for $21.00 per 1000 shipped, but, I don't need a 1000 at a time.

I just can not find .38/.357 at a fair price.

Sage's is the place that I have been buying from also.

I also sold him some SAECO size dies and molds that I didn't use anymore. He does make a quality product.

What is the name of the guy selling the .44 checks on cast boolits? He has the best price I have seen.
