have a G19 but was looking for either swapping or adding the Magnum Research baby eagle. Anyone have any comparisons? As in worked with both
The P320 is a better buy at this point, IMHO. And I say that as someone who owns like four Glocks and a bunch of other Glock mag products. If it's a swap, stick with the glock. It's tough for any other pistol to compare to the market support built around glocks. You will never have trouble finding parts, holsters, lights that fit...etc. If it's an addition... They're one of many good guns out there right now.
I agree. A Glock is a hammer. It's a rock. It's relatively inexpensive and always goes bang. It is not a piece of art. It's a bludgeon. Easy to accessorize. If it's a swap, stick with the glock. I own both, and agree. Yes, I can find just about anything to add to the G19 to customize it. But, I have 3 different calibers to choose from in my P320. That can come in handy when specifIc calibers are rare to find. I also shoot it better, and find that the aftermarket isn’t all that bad. It’s a matter of preference for anyone, I suppose, but the rationale that I listed above suits me best. That is, until the next best thing comes along...The P320 is a better buy at this point, IMHO.
