When you get back stateside look us up. We can help you with the Utah CFP. UT's permit is valid in 32 States when held by a Maryland resident. UT requires that each applicant attend a UT CFP course taught by a UT certified instructor.

As mentioned by others Utah CCW permit might be your best bet as its recognized in VA/WVA/PA unfortunately not in the people republic of MD... Thanks for your service and stay safe out there!
