Hello, Greetings and Salutations.... er right

So, introductions, first how I came about finding you wonderful folk...

Being in good ol' southern md I was having difficulty locating a good range and about a year ago google helped me find here, which helped me locate Myrtle Grove. I have occasionally linked back here while searching from our favorite internet giant and decided to see if I have anything to offer the community, at the very least I can learn easier as a member able to ask questions as opposed to a lurker hoping someone asks what I need to know.

Now, about me, I only recently (less than 2 years ago) acquired my first firearm, a Colt .45 1911 OACP. I was looking for something for home protection and my cousin had several pistols and needed money so it was a win win. I just received for Christmas a nice and gooey present, a 1944 Mosin Nagant. I hope to be done with getting this little gem in shooting condition within the next couple weeks.

Myrtle Grove is good place to Shoot if your early or late and if you don't mind catching Brass $5.00 per day or $20 a year.
