I was driving to Lexington Park a few weeks ago and noticed the place but I didn't have time to stop in.

I bought two Glocks from the Tackle Box. They have a limited but fairly diverse selection of handguns and long guns, but their prices are on the high side. Concerning a recommendation, I would say that I am neutral. They are just one of those places that exists, and that is about it.

Fishing supplies is another matter, as they have lots of good stuff and a loyal following. I guess since the name is "The Tackle Box" that would only make sense .

I usually check in here every week to read what is going on. Lately been really busy with work and travel. Live in Calvert and drive to DC daily ....

I have bought four or five handguns from the Tackle box and they do tend to be on the high side. The staff has always treated me very well though.

I spent alot of time in St. Mary's & Calvert Counties years back. Had a buddy stationed at PNAS. Parties every weekend in Lexington and over the Bridge to Solomons for C&B!
