You can also 3D print that grip super cheap and it would be more than capable for a .22

What I'd like someone to print is a lower with the correct greeblies (a lower that looks like a mauser with the engine fins).

I'd carry a light saber, but MD requires a whole different permit and and training course for that. And to my knowledge, MD only permits the dark side.

Bump. Wife decided the family is themed for Halloween.... The toddler makes the perfect Ewok, especially when she runs.

Dibs on solo, and oh by the way, I'll need to build a blaster.

Double bonus- RTB has their dedicated 22 stuff on sale right now.

Triple bonus- HGP means I can legally wander the neighborhood with a live barrel on it.

While I think having a 22 that looks like Solo's blaster is a cool idea.

Having a working 22 that looks like a kids toy also sounds like a really, REALLY bad idea too. Kids, teens, stupid adults, male adults, star wars fans are all going to want to grab it and PLAY with it. It is much more likely to be treated as a toy than a real weapon with all the negative consequences that entails. Think pew, pew, BANG!

Sorry to poop on the parade...

You do you. Mine is in a safe away from people who may misuse it.

Trust me - if I ever build one of these it won't be sitting out on my dinning room table.

This is the Holy Grail of cinematic pistols. I did some work with (much larger scale) rail guns and I have to admit I looked at an 1896 Mauser and said what if?

Looking to see what it would cost to build a Han Solo 22 pistol. Came up with this list, and even using a Primary Arms red dot and MILSPEC trigger on hand, looks like well over $700 with FFL fees plus tax and shipping.
    That thing looks great.
