I am amazed that the politicians are continuing to pull shady tricks assuming that the public will not remember their attempts at circumventing the 2nd amendment rights when the polls open at the next election cycle.

The great masses of the fine state are paying much attention to these things. And believe that the operates perfectly fair and as it is supposed to. And that makes me sad.

The HB1191 sure uses a lot ambiguous wording that can be interpreted various ways. One can certainly see where a bunch of politicians got together to word it. I continue to send opposing emails and letters to the Feds and State politicians but it appears that they have a one track mind and tunnel vision that is aimed directly at what they interpret as being an assault weapon and anything else that can hold multiple rounds of ammunition. I sincerely hope that we, as a group of determined gun owners, can defeat their attempts to rape the Constitutional rights that our countries founding fathers granted us.
