Hello! Just thought that I would make a quick introduction. My name is James. I was born and raised in Savannah, Ga, but have been in the DC area for about ten years now. I lived in NoVa until about two years ago, when I moved to Prince George's County. I have been active with firearms since a young age, my father was a hunter and he showed me how to use, clean and properly maintain firearms. Anyway, here I am! I am in the process at the moment of getting my HQL in Maryland and this process is completely maddening!

Sometimes its a slow process

I do understand that, as with any bureaucratic process. I just don't really like the fact that between fingerprinting, training and the application fee itself, I have spent nearly $200 and now have to wait until whenever MDSP deems fit to review my application and send my license. Is there any type of onus on the time period that MDSP must have this process done in?
