Help for a disabled hunter

looking for some private land for a buddy of mine who's disabled. He's got a back issue which only allows him a short walk to a tree stand. Looking for something for him that can accommodate him. Doesn't need much land, a few acres at most. He's a great guy, won't cause any issues. He's also a licensed charter boat captain. He's willing to pay a little if necessary. He's located in Calvert but is willing to travel a little.
