I know "pre 64" is significant for collectable Winchester Model 70s and other rifles. Does it have any importance for Hi Powers?
When does loaning a gun turn into a transfer? Serious question, is that defined in statute any where, or do they just get to make it up as they go along?I’ll be lending a member here one of my handguns in the near future to try out. I hope he carries it.
There is no definition in statute and the MDAG has opined that a loan can be indefinite, and still not qualify as a transfer. When does loaning a gun turn into a transfer? Serious question, is that defined in statute any where, or do they just get to make it up as they go along?
Excellent pistols, with only one flaw, thanks to the French Army. Thanks guys! Got my Hi Power, 1969 C&R. I had to do the MSP create an account, then fill out the 77R. Where it asked for the HQL I checked exempt, then checked the option C&R. No HQL, 7 days I brought it home on the 8th day.
