hey guys, my dad is at Atlantic guns right now and they are telling him the colt 6721 is not legal in MD. are they right? I was convinced that rifle was 100% legal. they are saying that since it has a collapsible stock (not a folding one) that it is not legal.

Wrong on the collapsable stock. Go see Lou at Shooters Discount. He had few of them in stock.

Colt AR-6721 is COMPLETELY legal in Maryland.
