I wonder what they would do if a WV resident had ammo shipped to an address in MD. Might be worth trying....They replied...
.
Hello Sir,
We have added a service to help keep us aware of the ever-changing laws placed on our space. And unfortunately MD is one of the states that has restrictions added now, we are able to send the ammo, or reloading components once the assertion of intent and Government ID is returned.
Thanks,
Mrs. Jordan Stagner

@BurkeM @esqappellate Do either of you know about these new restrictions in Maryland? I have not heard of anything and would prefer to provide an informed response.
I'm sorry yours died. I don't know what I would do if that happened to me.
didn't even know this site existed and its probably because their prices and options of ammo aren't competitive whatsoever.
Assault Weapon is a made up term... Anything from a spoon to diaper can be an assault weapon. They want Marylanders to swear they won't use Midsouth handgun ammo and Evil Black Rifle ammo in handguns and Evil Black Rifles.
I won't suggest what other Second Amendment supporters should do, but they will not receive another penny from me.
Too many other companies who aren't cowed by the gun grabbing garbage on the Left.

My response to their reply...
We believe Midsouth Shooters Supply (MSS) has misinterpreted something from The Gifford's Law Center ….

I am a Maryland Second Amendment activist and an active member of Maryland Shall Issue (MSI). I have confirmed there are no new laws, nor proposed new laws regarding the sale of ammunition in Maryland.
We believe Midsouth Shooters Supply (MSS) has misinterpreted something from The Gifford's Law Center regarding Maryland ammo sales to people under 21 (no handgun ammo sales) and people under 18 (no ammo sales).
https://giffords.org/lawcenter/stat...son may sell ammunition,a person under age 18.
.
I hope your legal team can get this sorted out soon, as there is already a call to boycott MSS brewing.
Kyle
They blew me off in my response to their response. Darn shame too, today is no Hazmat day and they had stuff I wanted. They're not getting my money until their policy changes.Did Midsouth ever respond to your correspondence above where you mentioned MSI and the possibility of a misinterpretation?

I have been with them since they started as a little business. I am with them no more until they change their attitude.Thanks. Darn shame for sure, and for all involved. I've bought a lot of product from them over the years. Others likewise I'm sure. Can't make sense of it.
Maybe they read MDS.I just (almost) put through an order for a bunch of 'assault rifle' ammo
There was a bunch of disclaimer bologna about not a crook, old enough, etc, but the Maryland page did not come up
I didn't enter any payment info, but it looks like they may have done away with the Maryland BS

The waiver I received came via text message a couple of days after I ordered my items.
They waited until they received full payment before going full retard.
Don't assume they did away with the waiver. Call and ask them before giving them your money.
The form is virtue signaling. Also it puts the guilt of a bad actor on the bad actor, not the company.Does that form mean anything? What if I sign it, but then change my mind at a later date?
