Delaware tax free and fewer stupid gun laws?

Quite jealous here.

(Except for Delaware's stupid no smoking on the beach laws)

So far, you can still smoke on the beach on Ocean City.
In Maryland, FIRST they get rid of the gun owners, THEN get rid of the smokers, after we're unarmed.

My wife and I used to go to Cape Henlopen, but we haven't been there in a while.
