House Judiciary Committee to Vote on Overturning ATF’s
It's a nice idea, but it's not something we're likely to see resolved for a while. From the article:

Even if it does get to Biden’s desk, there is almost no chance that the President will sign it into law since he has been openly hostile to gun rights. The Republicans do not have the votes to override a veto, even if some Democrats switch sides.

That isn’t to say that the resolution isn’t necessary. It ensures that members of Congress know the lengths the ATF will go to when trying to usurp Congress. It also sheds light on the ATF and the millions of Americans affected by the ATF’s unilateral move. The hope is when Republicans do have enough power to take meaningful action; they will have the political will and capital to act.

Maybe they can frame it so the HGIC (head geriatric in charge) doesn't know. Something like: No executive branch entity will create any rule that is enforceable through fine, imprisonment or criminal record without such rule being voted into law by Congress and signed by the president in accordance with the United States constitution and the framework of the founding fathers.

Republican's STILL have the power of the purse NOW. Maybe possible to defund portions of the law?
Yup, the vote previously they knew they were safe to vote, as nothing would come from it.

But when they have the power to actually effect change and hold back funding, they won’t do that.

If they solve the problem, they have nothing to run on, and no finger to point at the bad guy and why you need to re-elect them to keep fighting for you……

Didn't Republicans get Obama to sign the national parks carry bill tied to some bank legislation he wanted?

Could they not do the same for this?

Nah, there's only 30 million Americans against the pistol brace rule.

Now if Dominion Voting Systems didn't like it, that would be a horse of a different color.
