I had a similar conversation once. A girl at work was explaining that she took a self defense class in college where they advised the girls in the class to vomit or pee or sh#t themselves in order to not be raped. I explained that this was the dumbest thing I had ever heard. I asked her "can you vomit, pee or crap herself at will?", and "do you really think it would stop an attacker?" Her answer? "No"
