Actually Gryphon has erected a temporary platform for others to stand on. Temporary until it survives the inevitable challenge by Frosh.

This is historic because Gryph went against the STRUCTURE OF THE PERMIT ON HIS FEET RATHER THAN BEG FOR A PERMIT ON HIS KNEES.

I was under the impression HPRB cases are not president and all cases are independent of each other? People really can not reference his case unless won in court?
