HQL application submitted

Hope for average time, submitted yesterday through the Rockville public library computers. Seems like MSP and Mac's do not get along, (must use internet explorer) Fingerprints at AAPS on Calhoun place, $60.00--- very efficient office, ten minutes in and out.

My HQL arrived today in the mail. Exercised within an hour .

Fingerprints and application done, 5/16.
Approved, 6/2.
Arrived in my mailbox, 6/6.
