Don't know if this is a dupe and don't care. Got this from the American Suppressor Assoc:
Legislative Alert: HR 7468 - To amend title 18, United States Code, to impose prohibitions...
Earlier this month H.R. 7468 was introduced by Rep. Jamie Raskin (D-MD-8). The bill titled Stop Home Manufacture of Ghost Guns Act of 2020 has the stated purpose "To amend title 18, United States Code, to impose prohibitions relating to machines designed for the manufacturing of frames or receivers for firearms." The bill was pre-filed on July 1, 2020, but the text of the bill was only made available this week. The bill would broadly define a host of commonly used tools as "firearm manufacturing machines" and criminalize their possession and use by anyone other than a licensed firearm manufacturer.
