Hadn't been enforced for years but the fire marshall got a bug up his ass and started enforcing it again about a month ago...

The powder I purchased at Gun Connection was logged. I'm going back next week to get some more H4895 powder and A LOT of primers. I'm really enjoying this load/reload your own thing.

Try Millers Gun Center in New Castle, DE. It is located at the intersection of Rts 141 and 13, across 141 from the New Castle Airport. They have good prices, no tax and you don't have to sign for anything.

Additionally, they usually have a good supply of used rifles and shotguns and will sell to Maryland residents.
