Can anyone identify this Kimber and suggest a fair price? It's used with less than 500 rounds through it. Thanks

TLE's are a little pricier. And the TLE should be stamped on the right side of the slide. There is the rail, front strap checkering and the night sights which are premium features on any good name 1911.

Gunbroker shows new from $929 to $1150 and I don't see any bids on them. Add $60 to $120 to get them in the state and out the door.

This is the LAPD SWAT gun, but in stainless. (Custom TLE-RL II)

I have the normal non-stainless version and it has a propensity to develop surface rust if you sneeze on it etc. It shoots like a dream with a much better trigger than a TRP, however if I had to do it all over again I would definitely go the stainless route.

I actually like the stainless finish on those. I have a Stainless Target II - its not too shiney. Its been a great gun, and has digested MANY rounds without issues.

Im not personally a fan of rails on 1911s, but to each their own. I suppose if you have a needed use for the rail, then its what you need.
