IDK there were no mug shot pictures, but the judges in Snow Hill must have thought so. She was a lower shore local.

It is even so in Cecil county. A friend of my brothers got 6 months of weekends but it was only after his 8thDWI.

I believe that they don't care about DWI but use it to make the defense lawyer richer. Get a lawyer you will probably get no time. Don't hire one and you probably would.

I picked up a lady from a 911 call that was plastered doing doughnuts in someone's back yard. I got an invite by the state to be a witness. At the end of the trial we were allowed to go see the verdict. Not guilty on the DUI, but the judge did rip her for being on her 9th cuncutrent pending DUI charge over three States. The prior bad acts rule needs to go. The jury should have known this lady was a serial offender. It's such a sham.
