So, I'm shopping around for anecdotes on the MSP's "Informal Review" following a "disapproval" for the handgun permit.
Do they ever change positions and grant the HP AFTER that effort, or is it yet another dog and pony show?
Did you have an experience? Do you know someone who went? What happened? Are they always in Pikesville? (as I'm on the other end of the state from there, it's a 6 hr commitment...)
