Instructions: EFT prints for eFile Form4

Go to Atfonline.gov
Choose eforms
Create an eforms account and register
Enter your name and address exactly as your drivers license reads
You will be assigned a user ID and pick a PIN
Write them down for your Dealer

Then

Go to printscan.com
Choose: Get fingerprinted near you
Choose: ATF and follow instructions

Choose a location and make an appointment for your scan.

After you save your scan at the kiosk you will get an email with your EFT file.

Your dealer will need that forwarded to them to download for the Form 4 Application
