    Gentlemen and ladies,
An over due hello to all. Read many posts, posted none. Thought I might try to engage. Question: when the General Assembly comes back in session do you believe, or have any inside track to sense that, Maryland will act as irrationally as NY and California to try to enact restrictive no gun zones?

With Anthony Brown as AG and an anti2A Governor, the courts are going to be busy. It will be messy, but the smack downs will be fun to watch.

Hello from Federalsburg, Maryland. Anything involving training, licensing, disqualifying factors such as social media posts, and sensitive places will be debated in January. I think that specifically, the Maryland General Assembly will increase the burden demanded to qualify for a Wear & Carry Permit by increasing the number of hours of training required (16 to 24) is my prediction. Next, more locations will be placed on Maryland's sensitive places list, and I think places of worship will be included. Currently, I do not believe that they are considered as such under state law, unless if I missed something, like with preemption. It is very likely that we would have to let MSP look through our social media accounts for up to 3 years, but what makes me curious is if someone were to not have a social media account by the time they apply for the WCP. Would they have to create one for the sake of letting MSP check the account? Many people have social media accounts, but I do not think everyone has one. I might be wrong, but I never know.

I would be willing to bet against that social media thing. I’m certain the courts are not gonna let that New York law stand

Oh, hell no. 1st, 2nd, 4th, and perhaps 5th amendment violations.
