Is M&P sport ii MD legal

I’m thinking of moving my AR that has and M&P sport ii upper on it. It is what I consider a heavy barrel.

I’ve searched and couldn’t find anything on it (sure someone who searches better than just typing in the bar will be along shortly).


Also as a side note, if I (regular dude) have a regular AR in WV and put up an ad with it listed as a heavy barrel does that count as advertised as Hbar?

Figured they left advertised vague and maybe it could be used to our advantage for once.

So is there an answer on the M&P sport II? It’s a heavy barrel compared to every other AR that I have.

Maybe Google it and see if it’s advertised as HBAR

Not worth calling MSP, I’ll just continue to avoid MD.

I googled a bunch and found conflicting info but no advertisement as Hbar.

There is One sku of M&P that is Md legal .
