I know for a fact that John and his wife are currently in the process of moving to VA by sometime this summer so if you are in MoCo and want to get something transfered now is the time. Also as a result of the impending move, I'm not 100% sure on the availability of John to do transfers. I do know his FFL is on file with AIM as my buddy got a Yugo AK underfolder transfered through him awhile back.
