Johnson model of 1941 legal for sale?

the johnson 1941 was in competition with the Garand and lost. I am assisting a friend with the sale of one in good condition. As a WW2 semiauto in 30-06, is there anything problematic with selling on the classifieds here? Have never seen one here. There are only 2 on Gunbroker, none in Maryland.

I'm not sure, but don't think that there's a problem. You'll hear from plenty of MD residents about this soon, though.

But even if it is, there are lots of us from other states ... some just a little ways over the border ... who would be interested.

The only problem will be fending off all the potential buyers trying to lowball you

All-original parts and finish are key to value.

As stated before no issues selling in or from Maryland, I've bought, rebuilt & sold a few.
As K31 said, it has a 10 round fixed mag
