I would have bought that 5 seconds after it was posted if I saw it... damn.

I would have bought it 4 seconds after I saw it... And I did!!!!!

Made the trip out to Hafer's this morning to pick it up. Tim worked with me on a "late pickup", appreciate the accommodation as I had to drive from Sykesville.

Some observations.... (Have not shot it yet)
-Comes in a box no soft case as included with earlier sales. (no expectations)
-Grip is rough. Sharp plastic. Will be smoothing that later.... (knew this...)
-Fit and finish otherwise good. Grip does NOT expand when mag inserted. (New report)
-Trigger is "soft" as reported by others. (knew this...)

Pictures so I don't get hazed.....

Will give a full report once I shoot it.....

You can fix the grip texture by buying a Hogue grip for the AR-15. Should slide right on. I used one from a random double-stack pistol - worked fine after I did a bit of cutting.

The trigger can be fixed somewhat with an aluminum trigger: http://www.aztac.net/Products.html . Unfortunately, KT is not big into trigger jobs for liability reasons.

Yes and should have picked that grip up when I was out there... Damn got way too excited. Probably going to do the trigger, the cover for the tube, the buffer pad to reduce recoil, and the pad for the stock. The Kel-Tec home page has a virus, so looking for a 3rd party to order from......

nice pick up, and you will love it. i'm a member of the sub 2k/glock and sub2k/beretta club. i highly recommend keeping the sub2k simple. they are made to be light and compact. factory sights will do the job.
