So I stuck my C&R renewal in the bill basket when I received it in June and promptly forgot about it. I only noticed it again late in July! 
Ooops.
So I mailed it off Aug 1. Oh well, can't be mad at anyone but myself. Figure it will take about a month to process. If I'm lucky I'll have it by the end of August, most likely I'll get it back in September. In the meantime, I'll hope nothing exciting rolls around and I can spend the next 30 days letting my wallet recover.
Nope... guess what arrived today! Just 12 calendar days later!!! My shiny new C&R license good through Aug 2014!
Now I gotta get it sent out to all those dealers I frequent.
Anyway, I was shocked and surprised at the speed with which the BATF processed my request. Outstanding.
