Leaning how to shoot AR's on the move

Thanks for everyone's advice. I like the idea of using a Smith and Wesson M&P 15 - 22 for practice. I have been reading some of the articles and watching some videos on the internet. I joined Peacemakers and plan to take as many how-to courses as I can. Next month I'm going to take the Intro to Action Pistol class. I think the next one is an Intro to 3 Gun Shooting. They have some great classes and places to practice what you learned.
