Looking for an article

There was an article that I found on here some time ago about a man who had his guns taken away from him by way of a temporary restraining order from his estranged wife so that she could have him killed. I can't seem to find it at the moment, and my Google-Fu is failing. Can anyone help a guy out?

If I recall correctly that was a bar owner in Dundalk. Just a little hole in the wall but my brother went there all the time and knew the guy.

I think this is the one you mean. Though this article doesn't mention a TRO removing his firearms. Though that was the case.
