Looking for an NRA Cert Trainer in or near Westminster to train Girl Scout Troop

Looking for a certified NRA instructor in the Westminster area to train a Troop of Girl Scouts aged Middle School to High School. Price for instructor per girl needs to be REASONABLE or perhaps free or just ammo costs. This is a Girl Scout Troop and getting them involved in shooting should be a priority for everyone.
