Looking for someone to install a door frame

I've got an external doorframe that is in dire need of replacement. The bottom portion on both sides has dry rotted and the top portion can no longer support the glass door. The door (steel) and glass door (Pella) is in great shape and I'd like them to be rehung on the new frame. I'm hoping to have this done in 1 day. (Either Monday or Tuesday AM or Saturday or Sunday, anytime.)

Did you ever get a response on this post? I also have a door that needs replacing, although not as bad as yours. I also need a sliding glass door replaced in my basement (external sliding glass door).
