Machine shop in laurel/jessup area

I'm working on a project and I need some tools that I just don't have, mainly a lathe that can handle 3" diameter steel rods. The steel rods are 8 3/4" long and I need to turn them into 2" tall pucks with a 7/8 hole in the center. I also have an alternator pulley that needs to be turned down a little and some other simple things. Anyone know a place that I could get access to a lathe and maybe a plasma cutter?

I live up in frederick but drive to and from baltimore 4 days a week for school. If the price is right for you we have a guy that we use at my work here, id be willing to drive them around and ehat not for ya. If its cheap enough for him to do it atleast.
