Of course the cops are again needlessly blocking this “public forum” (“The Bricks”) to deliberately interfere with our visibility, just because they can.

Forces pedestrians into the street and into the path of the vehicle traffic, but don’t forget “PUBLIC SAFETY” is their NUMBER 1 concern!

The Royal Palace Guard could park their patrol vehicles further west (beyond Less Moore’s Royal Palace driveway) with their emergency lights or 4-way flashers activated to protect the curb lane ahead to the west in front of Liars Mall, but instead they uselessly block the curb lane itself precisely where we stand to lawfully communicate with the legislators and the public.

Not a coincidence.

I don' remember the bill specifying that. Or that a standard HO form would be sufficient. It appears to me that they are inventing a line of coverage that doesn't exist.
