Marine Toys for tots Coin!

Anyone know about this Toys for Tots Challange coin?
The coin is about the size of a dollar coin.
My understanding is a challenge coin must be give to someone!

I'm wondering if some Marine was volunteering for this event back when this coin was given?

Interesting. My dad volunteered with them when he was with a USMCR outfit out of Baltimore in the late 50s, early 60s. He's an unrepentant collector and never showed me a coin like that. I assume that's from a later era as I think challenge coins in general are from the post Vietnam era.

I checked too... bunch for around that price, but say one that was asking $1500... this is why drugs are bad.
