MARS 22LR PRS Match Saturday 7/23

A MARS sponsored 22LR rimfire PRS match will be held this Saturday 7/23 at the Quinton Sportsman's Club range in Quinton, NJ.

The match begins at 8:30am. Cost is $30.

(Check Google Maps - this range is not far from the MD border.)

The Quinton MARS matches are usually low key/informal with LOTS of help provided to new and less experienced shooters. There is usually a sight-in period before the match with targets set up at 50 yards.

Quinton has a great location for a match. It is great to have all of the shooting positions in the shade and under cover.

Great MARS 22LR PRS shoot yesterday at Quinton. Despite the forecast, it was not unbearably hot. The challenging and fun(?!?) course of fire included a medieval looking swaying shooting platform, a spinner target, and a twist on the KYL rack. (Anyone have pix?) Thanks to Mike et al. for all their work.

It really was a great shoot. Bill made it very challenging with the course of fire design. I know my 10 year old had a fantastic time. Congratulations Vince for the match win. He shot very well. Thanks to Mike and crew for all of the hard work that goes into these events.
