Ok other than poor spelling, I think I found the answer in the Trust sticky. Post # 3 by Norton.

    So what are you getting?

I just dropped off another Form 4 with MSP today. Hopefully it will be back in 4-5 weeks.

    rsideout,

Just from what I've run accross on the forum it sounds like you have a ton of NFA stuff. Is there a reason you do not use a trust?

Evan, Congrats on the 9mm SBR. They're fun guns...especially suppressed. Full auto is pretty cool also.

To your question above: I just started doing this stuff as an individual, and it works just fine for me. I may eventually set up a trust, but that would really be for estate planning purposes, more than NFA.

Turned in Form 4 to MSP 10/14. Got the CJIS confirmation back on 10/26. Wow, dodged another bullet.....still "No criminal history found". :innocent0 Faxed in a copy to MSP to be safe. Hopefully they'll get the Form 4 back to me in the next 2 weeks.

I guess Im the unlucky one. I turned in my Form 4 (YHM 9mm SBR) to MSP on 9/30. Due to a few errors on MSP's behalf CJIS returned my fingerprint card to me 2 days ago and now the process starts all over.

I got screwed! Dropped off forms 8-22 back in my mailbox 10-16! Doh.
    Almost 2 months!

Based on Evans dates, I'm thinking they are doing them in batches?

They should be in Atlanta right.....about ......now.
