MDS down for ~10 minutes around 8:50pm 2/3/16

Time to release the howling monkeys on the simpletons that seek to deny us our MDS fix. Savages. Choke and die.

I got a database error message, so I came in by the back door. I see it's up again, though.

The legislature is in session. Could be related?

Can someone PM me the "Mirror" site ? I must have had a browser change because I don't have link for it anymore.

I know we didn't need it for this, it just reminded me I didn't have a link anymore.....

I wasn't around when that happened, but it all seems to be working fine now with the exception being the dysfunction that we all cause. ;)

The software on the other hand seems fine.

For the FB users - remember that you can use this as a backup plan -

The IP address is only a fix for a DNS issue. I saw the 503 errors and database errors last night. Those are errors caused by the server being down, usually by a system administrator for maintenance. It could have been a database update, security patches, operating system patches, etc.

The site was hit-or-miss during that period which is why the IP address sometimes worked. If you just hit refresh on your browser using the URL it sometimes worked as well.
