I was having trouble a few minutes ago, got a 503 error once and a blank screen a couple of times.

I got a database error message, so I came in by the back door. I see it's up again, though.

The legislature is in session. Could be related?

Back door thing really isn't my style.
But it didn't work either. Maybe I was doing it wrong.
Everything seems back to normal now.

The software on the other hand seems fine.

At the time, that was failing as well.

The IP address is only a fix for a DNS issue. I saw the 503 errors and database errors last night. Those are errors caused by the server being down, usually by a system administrator for maintenance. It could have been a database update, security patches, operating system patches, etc.

The site was hit-or-miss during that period which is why the IP address sometimes worked. If you just hit refresh on your browser using the URL it sometimes worked as well.
