The P365, X and XL come from the factory with tritium sight inserts. They're actually very bright and quite visible at night.

Other than (typical Sig) cost (qualify for 'Blue Label'?), your other dislikes might be addressed by selecting model variants or making grip changes. Not sure what you didn't like about the grip, but it definitely IS small. For someone thin like myself, its concealability outweighs the fact that I too would prefer a little larger grip. Also offsetting this for me is the 10+1 or 12+1 capacity in such a small package.

Grip modules are easily changed and it takes less than 30 seconds if I rush. People swap these things around a LOT. There is an active market for both buying and selling grip modules and the P365s run about $30-35 shipped, while the X/XL grip modules run about $40-45 shipped. Don't see many Macro grips being sold used yet, Wilson Combat, Icarus and a half-dozen other makers make replacement grip modules, albeit more money and some are incredibly expensive.

    Working with stock pistols:

If the grip is too short:
The P365X version has a slightly longer grip with the same top end/3.1" barrel (milled for an optic).
The P365XL has the longer grip and a longer slide/3.6" barrel.
Using a 12 round mag with the correct floorplate provides a grip length of a X/XL in a standard P365.
The 'Macro' grip is longer yet and I think a little fatter, has the same slide length as the XL. A Macro variant moves the P365 from 'micro' into 'compact' territory.

    If too narrow:
Hogue has a very popular 'HandAll' sleeve. You can also use a little grip tape.

    If too rough:
My P365/P365X grip modules were a little rough/sharp on the back right corner and can be a little uncomfortable for extended shooting. 30 seconds with some #200 sandpaper and very light pressure took care of that, and after wiping with a damp rag, the 'fix' was invisible. Others complain about the grip against the bare skin with IWB carry, which could be fixed with the same piece of sandpaper, but I carried mine IWB all summer under a loose T-shirt with no irritation. Nice having a stainless steel slide, plastic grip and no concerns for sweat.

New addition purchased from J2 Defense, now a premier Kimber dealer and lots of inventory. I should be able to pick it up next Saturday. Shot a friend's Micro and decided I need to add a 9mm to my collection to diversify. Only comes with one mag so I purchased an additional one too. No Tupperware except for the grips with ambidextrous safety.

    Check out the P365, P365x, M&P Shield, Hellcat, G43 and G43x.
Would also add Sig P365 XL and P365 XMacro to that list. Differences in sight distance, grip size and capacity.

The allure for me with the P365 platform is the modularity. I can customize the pistol to any carry situation based on slide (optic or no optic) or grip size and capacity (OEM, Wilson Combat; 10-15 rds or Icarus Precision; 12-17rds)

After asking about micro-9s I ended up liking lcp2 in 380 more after trying it out vs a 365. Both are small. Lcp is an extreme of that and I’m more likely to carry it daily. For now that may be the most I can carry based on work and other things.
    Thanks for the feedback

If you do that, please let me know how it goes.

Sorry it took me a while to get back to you on this. About a week ago I got some 320 grit sandpaper and the grip isn't too aggressive anymore, it is quite comfortable.

I got an ultralight Stealthgear holster and it was also uncomfortable. The synthetic backing had sharp edges that made it far less comfortable than a leather backed hybrid. So, with sanding the left hand grip being so successful I decided to also hit the edges of the holster backing. Still not as comfortable as a hybrid with a leather backing but it is now a comfortable carry combo (though I'll still eventually replace the SG with a regular hybrid).

I still may eventually buy a Glock 43X, but only because I want one, not because I need something more comfortable.

I'll reinforce the "try before you buy" message. Going in I thought the Sig P365 was going to be the best thing ever, but after shooting several different options, found that I liked the M&P Shield Plus the best of the bunch. Tried the Hellcat, P365, and Shield Plus and the M&P was the only one I found I could reliably hit was I was aiming at with. In the end though, it really doesn't matter what I like. It matters what you like and are comfortable shooting.
2 small issues I have the the M&P after several months of carrying it regularly:
    1) the grip texture feels really good in the hand, but it is very aggressive so it sometimes irritates my skin under my shirt and some of my shirts hang up on it rather than sliding smoothly by to maintain concealment.
    2) While the capacity is advertised as 13+1, those 13 round magazines will really only hold about 11-12. Brand new, I think I could only get 11 in. After cycling them a bunch I think they fit 12.
    I second this ^
After trying p365, hellcat, 43x and the shield plus, I went with a Shield Plus OR with tritium night sights. I couldn't be happier. My favorite attribute is how natural the aim is. When I pull it and point at the target, I find my sights are already on target. With my glock I still need to make small adjustments but the Shield just points so naturally for me.

I also took the Sand Paper to mine. Definitely made a big difference. I was reluctant to mess up the grip but it was worth it. I just sanded it where ever I could feel it scratching me.

I avoid those slip on grip things. I don't want the possibility of it interfering with the mag release.

I have a Hogue HandAll Sleeve on my S&W M&P9 Shield, it fits 3/8" to 1/4" below the mag release and does not interfere with it.
It's a tight fit so it's not going to slide on the grip.
    Its a nice addition.

I used to use one on my P3AT. It took super human strength to get in on and it wasn't moving ever. It was just what the gun needed as it was so thin, it was hard to grip properly.

I have a piece of bicycle inner tube on my P3AT. It's not moving and I agree, the P3AT needs it.
