Seems like there are a few of us in Germantown. Maybe a Dutch Market meetup could be arranged.
I could go for that. Love their fried chicken and ribs!!!
I'm a long walk from it.

Lived in Germantown by the Dutch Market for 8 years and just moved into Montgomery Village last summer.
So, in Montgomery Village, right off the 5th fairway.
No more Barnaby's?
Oh man, we used to close that place up some nights! Grew up and lived walking distance from it. I guess Wheaton ain't what it used to be in the 60's.

Not much in wheaton these days as far as drinking establishments go. Barnabys, Anchor inn , royal mile, all gone. Maybe we would meet up for papusas and modelos?
Wouldn't the Hooters in Rockville be a logical centralized MoCo meeting spot? Just sayin'...

Same here. Just on the other side of Georgia/Norbeck though.
I never cared for the HBH store, but I swear Crisp and Juicy grills their chicken over crack rocks .
That works.....for a couple of reasons. Or perhaps The Green Turtle in Olney, still pretty central from all directions.
Takoma Park Also. Roya Mile isn't closed down anymore, I was there a week ago.

I taught myself spanish just by going to the Big Lots every Saturday afternoon.
Wednesday is bike night there...Wouldn't the Hooters in Rockville be a logical centralized MoCo meeting spot? Just sayin'...
