More BS from California, now they want to have all toy guns painted in bright colors.

Conversely, it's very simple for kids (or even criminals) to eliminate the bright color with matte black or silver spray paint.

Murdered? I would think a cop thinking the other guy's gun is real is not grounds for a "murder" accusation.
