Case involves a guy who held a Massachusetts carry permit for years, went on a visit to DC and was charged when he asked a guard if they had a weapons check at the building, not knowing his permit was no good in DC. He now is unable to purchase firearms in MA due to the conviction. The 1st Circuit affirmed the denial, but now the case heads back to them because of Bruen.

    This Is great news!

Now if it leads to National reciprocity it would be even better news!

He clearly thought the world was sane. Poor bastard.

It shouldn't be so complicated. We should be able to travel freely while exercising our rights. Maybe someday.
