Moving back to Maryland from SC

Well I am moving back to Maryland (OC) after living in South Carolina for a long long time.... IKR, from one extreme to another. My wife and I are CWP holders in SC, so our training hopefully will work for the HQL.
So, it looks like I have to register my AR's, our X95 and handguns.

HK USP tactical 45
FNX 45 tactical
FNX 40
Springfield XD 9 gen 2
Taurus 809
Mossberg 500
Mossberg ATR
Are there any issues with any of these as far as registering?

It looks like the 29" SBR thing is back to 26".

Training won't be needed to get your HQL. Use one of your handguns for training exempt.

SBR's with OAL < 29" are banned. See copycat provisions of FSA 2013

The AR's must have been purchased and possessed prior to 10-1-13. Otherwise banned.

Do you have to register anything when you move in? Ok, just searched and yes you do. Did not know that.

The HBC isn't banned or even a regulated firearm.

The HBC is officially HBAR, no issues.

Unsure the PSA carbine. If HBAR, good to go. If not did YOU own it prior to 10/01/13 ? If yes, you must register along with your handguns. If no, it is Banned, do not bring within Md borders ( or replace bbl with HBAR before moving).

The Tavor will be legal once you perminently attach a muzzle device to bring to 29in OAL .
