Maryland State Police has fired off an email (no pun intended) to all FFL's in Maryland. Apparently, allowing them to disposition firearms without approval after 8 days. FFL's will have to make up a disclaimer form stating that the customer is fully responsible for the weapon ( no kidding ) and that should the pending approval be DENIED, the customer WILL return the weapon to Maryland State Police pending further action/outcome - also at NO REFUND from the FFL.

Currently march 24 and 25. March 13 for further review. I'm a march 28. My ffl is releasing mine Monday regardless. We will see what comes first.
