confirmed paper work submitted 1/30 my ffl told me saturday I "have a ways to go yet"...? seems like all kinds of 1/29's and 1/30's out there are picking up...hopefully they will call this week...next problem is what to get next...guess i should focus on things that might be included in the new regulations before i am unable to do so.

    File designated collectors. Problem solved.

I wish people would stop saying this. The problem isn't magically solved by applying for a designated collector's license. If you've already got your license, count yourself lucky. But please resist the urge to gloat. That just makes the rest of us poor slobs feel even worse. Our designated collector applications are hung up in the same colossal logjam at MSP licensing division. Ask me how I know.

Going with the same theory as the Woodard case it will always be 2 more weeks hehe. I need my one app back so I can submit my next one by then it will prob be 60 day wait. And now the wife is putting in for her CCW not cause she wants it but cause she can (she is a lawyer ) and wants to tease me that I can't :( told her that's it I'm going to law school grrrr then I can get CCW and sue the state for passing dumb laws

Nah, relax, it's no biggie, folks have other guns to use,..... right? :o:o

i want to know just how much money people have tied up in firearms just sitting and waiting for approv...err...not disapproved status...no doubt millions of dollars sitting in shops waiting on a piece of paper.
