my goggle fu needs help

okay I have a taurus 24/7 OSS in .45

I love it

I'd like to try to surpress it

I can't find a threaded barrel anyway..


any thoughts or idea's?

didn't see it there either..... can a gunsmith make a barrel threaded? how much would such a thing cost?

The threading itself is simple enough. Getting the extended bbl to thread upon is the problem. For enough $$ a 'smith could make a bbl from scratch, but probably cheaper at that point to work backwards by finding an extended bbl readily available, and getting the pistol to wrap around it.
