Hey guys and gals! I know we have a few contractors on here and I happen to need an MHIC licensed and insured contractor to provide me with an estimate for performing the following services:
1. Insulate my roof and, possibly, my walls;
2. Assess structural integrity of second floor to including settling/sagging of floor joists; and,
3. Renovation of second floor to include construction of third bedroom.
