Need an O3a3 drilled and tapped for a scope...Recommendations?

Just to be clear this is a sporter I'm turning into an a4 clone.

It's already drilled through the side for Lymans. I don't care if those holes are left open.

I have the Gibbs Scope (m73g), Rings and repro redfield mount.

I need a smith who can do the job. Any recommendations?

I also might get the stock bedded....

Can't bed the stock if it's for vintage matches. Unless you fit the stock.

It's not for vintage sniper matches. I'm not fond of the course of fire.

In competition I currently shoot Garand, springfield, vintage, modern military and rimfire. I'd add a second vintage rifle before I did sniper. And then there is handgun.......

Surely someone knows a gunsmith around here who is taking work and could do a good job on this project?

I've tried James River (they will not drill and tap for a customer).

I'd like to find someone local before sending it out of state....

Bollingers will, don't know how stacked up they are. Scott's will too, probably stacked deep.
