So I live within 100 yards of the AA County line in Calvert on a farm and there's like two parcels of farm land adjacent to me in AA County, if I'm hunting in Calvert and my neighbors are hunting in AA within the 300 yard boundary, who's breaking the law?

Yes, sounds sketchy to me what they are doing, the two property owners beside me own land in AA and Calvert Counties. So the property line between the two houses are @ 100yards give or take, it would be against the law ( if the law passes) if my neighbor hunted within that area but not me because I'm in Calvert. The Calvert and AA county line isn't very much but is a lot more between AA and say PG, Baltimore and Howard. This can't pass.

Does that apply to you since you are NOT in AA county?

The AA/ PG line , is the Patuxent river . Calvert/ AA is dry land .

In the bill that was just withdrawn, there was exemptions for any firing ranges operating under a proper permit from planning and zoning which leaves me wondering what the motivation was for this bill? Are people hunting squirrels in their backyard? Has there been any unintended damage or injury from firearms to neighbors? There's lots of things anti-2A lawmakers could try but why this?

As stated up thread,, increasing to 300 yards would close down many, many hunting properties in AA county.
That said, if you are sitting on your deck enjoying your Sunday morning coffee and your neighbor is going on hour 2 of target shooting mag loads at 151 yards,,,
